Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, if eligible, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.

Refusing to accept your order at the time of delivery will be considered a return, and the refund will be processed as per our return policy.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by visiting the "My Account" page or by contacting Sollzz customer support.

Pre-Orders Cancellation:
For pre-order products, cancellations are allowed within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this period, cancellations cannot be processed.
