Returns

• All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition.
• Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or seal is removed.
• Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customer must return the shipment.
• Reverse pickup depends on service availability.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• COD/Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
• INR 100 logistics charge will be deducted from refunds.
• No returns/exchanges for international orders.
• Packaging materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

Raise a request at: Returns & Exchange Page

• Upload clear photo/video with tag & seal visible.
• Pickup within 4–5 working days after approval.
• Refund processed after inspection.
• Refund reflects in 3–5 business days.

Eligibility for Refund

• Items must have all tags attached
• Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Valid for lifetime
• Non-refundable and non-transferable to bank

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled after shipping
• Refused delivery treated as return
• Cancel before shipping via My Account or support
• Pre-orders cancelable within 24 hours only

Exchanges

• Request within 7 days of delivery
• No exchange if seal/tag removed
• INR 200 deduction if exchange refused
• No exchanges for international orders
• No refund for lower-value exchange
