Pre-Paid Orders

Shipping Timeline: We will ship your prepaid order within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via Email and User profile for your convenience.

Pre-Order Products: Certain products are available on a pre-order basis. The tentative shipping time is mentioned under the product page.

Free Shipping: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Express Shipping: INR 99 (non-refundable).

Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 6–7 working days.

Refund Deduction: INR 100 shipping cost will be deducted in case of return.

COD Orders

Shipping Timeline: COD orders are shipped within 3–4 working days.

Shipping Charges: INR 150 COD charges apply (non-refundable).

Refund Deduction: Additional INR 100 will be deducted on return.

International Orders

  • Currently, we are shipping only to India.

Delays & Delivery Issues

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics disruptions, holidays, or courier delays.
  • Sollzz is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/update.
