Shoulder Width
Measure straight across from the tip of one shoulder seam to the other.
Chest Width
Lay the garment flat and measure across the chest from one underarm seam to the other.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, near the collar, down to the hem.
